New Voice AI now calls patients in 12+ Indian languages. Hear how it works

For diagnostic centres & labs

Reports reach patients before they call to ask.

Pathology labs and imaging centres lose whole afternoons sending PDFs and answering one question on the phone: is my report ready? Soham Enterprises sends every report on WhatsApp as soon as it's ready, books tests and home collections, and tells patients exactly how to prepare.

Sound familiar?

Where a lab's day quietly disappears.

The tests run on schedule. The messages around them don't — and that's where your front desk spends its day. Here's what changes when AI handles the routine part.

Before

Staff download each report and attach it to WhatsApp chats, one patient at a time.

With Soham Enterprises

Each report goes out as a PDF on WhatsApp as soon as it's ready. Nobody attaches or forwards a thing.

Before

The phone rings all afternoon with the same question: “is my report ready?”

With Soham Enterprises

Patients have the report before they think to call, so there's nothing left to chase.

Before

Patients arrive for a fasting test after breakfast, and the test has to be rebooked.

With Soham Enterprises

Prep instructions — fasting hours, what to bring, when to arrive — go out with every booking and again the evening before.

Before

Home-collection requests come in by phone at all hours and land on whatever paper is nearby.

With Soham Enterprises

Patients pick a home-collection slot on WhatsApp, share their address in the same chat and get a reminder before the visit.

Report dispatch

From sample to WhatsApp. Without a single forward.

Follow one patient through a day with your lab once the routine messages run on their own — from the prep reminder the night before to the nudge for her next test.

  1. Night before

    Prep reminder

Meera gets her 7:30 AM home-collection slot and the fasting instructions your team set for her tests.

  2. 07:30 AM

    Collection, already booked

She chose the slot and shared her address on WhatsApp, so nobody had to call back for the details.

  3. 04:10 PM

    Report out on WhatsApp

As soon as the report is ready, the PDF lands in her chat. Nobody downloads, attaches or forwards it.

  4. 04:40 PM

    A quick feedback request

She rates her visit. Happy patients get a Google review link; a concern reaches your team privately first.

  5. 90 days later

    Her next test, booked

A reminder for her repeat test arrives with a booking link, so she books with you again.

All questions
How do reports get to patients?

When a report is ready, the PDF is sent to the patient on WhatsApp from your centre's verified business number — nobody attaches or forwards it by hand. We'll walk through how it fits your current workflow on the demo call.

Will the AI explain results to patients?

No. The AI never interprets results or offers a diagnosis. It shares the report, answers practical questions about timings, prep and collection slots, and passes anything clinical to your duty doctor or desk staff straight away.

Can each test have its own prep instructions?

Yes. Your team sets the instructions for each test — fasting hours, what to bring, when to arrive — and the agent sends them with the booking and again before the visit, in the patient's own language.

Is it safe to send reports on WhatsApp?

Messages go through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API under your verified account. Patient data is protected with 256-bit AES encryption, and our data handling is built around India's DPDP Act.
