Happy patients go to Google. Unhappy ones come to you.

After every visit or discharge, patients get a one-question NPS survey on WhatsApp. Those who rate you highly are sent straight to your Google review page. Low scores reach your patient-care team privately first, so they can call back and put things right.

What it does

Ask every patient. Act on every answer.

Happy patients rarely think to post a review, and unhappy ones often leave without a word. This module asks everyone after their visit, then sends each answer where it can do the most good.

A survey after every visit

A short NPS question reaches the patient on WhatsApp after an OPD consultation, a lab visit or a discharge. One tap to answer.

Straight to your Google page

Patients who rate you highly get a direct link to write a Google review. No searching for your listing, no extra steps.

Low scores reach you first

A low score sends a private alert to your patient-care team, with the patient's name, visit, doctor and comment.

The reason behind the number

A follow-up question captures what went well or what went wrong, in the patient's own words and language.

Saved to the patient record

Every score and comment is stored in the Hospital CRM, next to the patient's visits and conversations.

Clinical worries go to a doctor

If feedback mentions symptoms or a clinical concern, it's escalated to your duty doctor. The AI never gives medical advice.

How it works

One question. Two very different paths.

  1. 01

    The visit wraps up

An OPD consultation is completed or a patient is discharged. That's the trigger — nobody has to remember to ask.

  2. 02

    One quick question

A friendly WhatsApp message asks the patient to score their experience from 0 to 10.

  3. 03

    The score picks the path

High scores get a direct link to your Google review page. Low scores alert your patient-care team privately.

  4. 04

    Your team closes the loop

Someone calls back with the visit history in front of them, and puts things right while it still matters.

Service recovery

A low score is a second chance.

When a patient is unhappy, your team hears it privately and straight away — while there's still time to call, apologise and fix what went wrong.

  • An alert with the patient's name, visit, doctor and comment
  • Their full history from the Hospital CRM before anyone picks up the phone
  • Clinical concerns routed to the duty doctor, never answered by the AI

Where answers go

Routed by score. Handled by the right person.

The survey reads each reply and sends it on automatically. Your team only steps in where a person makes the difference.

Surveys go out after

OPD consultations IPD discharges Lab and diagnostic visits Health check-up packages
NPS on WhatsApp Asks, scores and routes every reply

Where each answer goes

High score → your Google review link Low score → private alert to your team Clinical concern → duty doctor Every reply → the patient's CRM record

All questions
When does the survey go out?

Shortly after the visit is marked complete, or after discharge for inpatients. It arrives on WhatsApp from your facility's own verified number, so patients know exactly who is asking.

Does this stop unhappy patients from reviewing us on Google?

No, and it shouldn't. Anyone can review you on Google at any time. What changes is that a low score also reaches your patient-care team straight away, so someone can call, listen and fix the problem while the visit is still fresh.

What if a patient mentions a medical problem in their feedback?

The AI never gives medical advice. Feedback that mentions symptoms or a clinical worry is escalated to your duty doctor or desk staff with an alert, the same way our booking agent handles out-of-scope questions.

Which plan includes feedback and review automation?

It's included in the Growth plan — ₹12,999/month as a sample package — and can be part of an Enterprise setup for larger hospitals. Final pricing is tailored on the demo call.
